StreamerATV (streameratv.com) is an independent guide to TV in Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with the GDPR.

Data we collect

• Messages you send us by email or chat — your name, email address and message, used only to reply.
• Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) to improve our content.
• Cookies — essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies.

Live chat

If you use the live chat widget, messages are processed by our chat provider (tawk.to) to deliver them to us.

How long we keep data

Emails and chat messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

We never sell your data

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
