The Firestick is one of the most popular devices for IPTV streaming in Ireland thanks to its low price and wide app support. Here is the full setup process.
What You Need
- An Amazon Firestick connected to your TV and Wi-Fi
- An active IPTV Ireland subscription with your M3U or Xtream Codes details
- A compatible IPTV player app
Step 1: Allow Apps from Unknown Sources
On your Firestick, go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options, and turn on “Apps from Unknown Sources”. This allows you to install IPTV player apps not listed in the Amazon Appstore.
Step 2: Install a Player App
Search the Amazon Appstore for TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, or GSE Smart IPTV and install your preferred app. TiviMate offers the most polished EPG (TV guide) experience on Firestick.
Step 3: Add Your Subscription
Open the app and enter the M3U URL or Xtream Codes (server, username, password) sent to your email after subscribing. The app will load your channel list and EPG automatically within a few minutes.
Step 4: Start Watching
Browse channels by category to find RTÉ, TG4, Virgin Media, GAA and Premier League coverage, or use the search function to jump straight to a channel.
Troubleshooting
If channels won’t load, double-check your credentials were entered exactly as sent (no extra spaces), restart the Firestick, and confirm your subscription is active. See our full FAQ for more troubleshooting steps, or check the complete Installation Guide for other devices.
